Ryan achieved a 2:1 in Law from The City, University of London, Law School. Upon completion of his undergraduate degree, in 2016, he joined BC Legal’s Research department in his home town of Southend-on-Sea.
With 3-years of experience in writing, editing and issuing BC Disease News, the firm's topical and industry-recognised weekly publication, he has expanded his knowledge base and is now adept at spotting emerging trends in the personal injury market and in civil litigation more generally.
He also undertakes legal research tasks on request for both fee-earners and insurer clients.
In the Legal Researcher role, he has grown to establish relationships with guest writers, 3rd party publishers, barristers, experts and members of the wider research community, as well as avid readers.
Perhaps best exemplifying this, his research on ‘aerotoxic syndrome’ as a possible EL/PL risk was recently cited at the Association of Aviation Medical Examiners’ Annual Scientific Meeting by a leading medical expert in the aviation field.
