Cresce qualified as a solicitor over six years ago and previously worked with Boris and Charlotte in BLM's London office. Cresce joined BC Legal in November 2013.
The majority of her caseload has always been NIHL and HAVS claims, but she has more recently taken an active interest in both defending claims for carpal tunnel syndrome arising from either exposure to vibration, or repetitive movements and the evolving medical literature in these areas. The majority of Cresce’s cases are litigated and over the course of her career, she has averaged in the region of ten discontinuances a year. Cresce has successfully defended her insurer clients at four trials on issues of limitation and diagnosis/causation.
Cresce has worked with clients on secondment and regularly gives training to clients on NIHL claims.
