How can we provide such an expert, quality and innovative service at genuinely low cost? As a start-up, we are free from the legacies of traditional law firms. We do not have expensive city centre offices. We are based in Southend-on-Sea and the firm is built on a low-cost model. We do not have expensive, excessive or multi-layered partnership structures to support. We are debt free. We do not have excessive support staff ratios. We have stripped away all the unnecessary ‘support’ departments found in larger, traditional law firms that do not add to frontline services for clients.
