How we can assist clients

Clients can have their own web-based case management systems using our own system as a platform for development.

This system will incorporate market-leading M.I. and claims handling tools which will allow clients at an early stage of the claims process to:

• Validate claims for payment without incurring legal or disbursement costs
• Pay those validated claims at an appropriate level and more cost effectively with the use of quantum and apportionment tools
• Identify fraud with tools designed to fight these claims effectively
• Identify realistically defensible claims so as to allow clients to focus resources and improve repudiation rates

We are now developing our claims management system to handle disease ‘portal’ claims. We are happy to extend and develop this system to our clients.
