Harjinder is a solicitor with nine years of litigation experience.
Harjinder is a specialist in NIHL claims with a particular expertise in the area of limitation. Harjinder acted for the insurers of Hobourn Eaton at the Court of Appeal in the case of Johnson v Hobourn Eaton  EWCA 1505, which extended and defined section 14 of the Limitation Act 1980 and the extent of its application in NIHL claims.
Harjinder also acted for insurers in the case of Heavey v TMD Friction 2012 Lawtel, which clarified the application of Keefe v Isle of Man Steam Packet  EWCA Civ 683 in historic claims, where no documents exist due to the passage of time.
Harjinder also has extensive experience of asbestos-related injuries and regularly acts in High Court asbestos matters. He is experienced in claims for all disease types including HAVS, dermatitis, occupational asthma, WRULD and RSI.
